The IXS team consists of industry veterans with deep expertise in blockchain, capital markets, legal compliance, and technology. With experience in building and scaling over 15 companies, our global team is fully remote, working together to shape the future of tokenized finance.
Since its launch in 2021, IXS has grown into a team of 25+ professionals, spanning blockchain engineering, economics, capital markets, legal, compliance, operations, and marketing - all dedicated to bridging CeFi and DeFi through real-world asset (RWA) tokenization.
**Julian Kwan - Chief Executive Officer**
A serial entrepreneur with seven startups, Julian has built companies across social media, technology, real estate, proptech, and blockchain. He is a strong advocate for tokenizing all asset classes and believes IXS is the critical infrastructure uniting CeFi and DeFi, unlocking unprecedented value in financial markets.

**Aaron Ong - Managing Partner**
Over 8 years of capital market and investment advisory experience at top tier banks such as UBS, DBS & Bank of Singapore. Advising and investing across all asset classes including traditional financial instruments & cryptocurrencies.

With over 17 years of corporate & legal experience across multiple jurisdictions, Alice is an accomplished lawyer. She has worked at major international firms such as DLA Piper and Skadden Arps.
