# IXS Agent Rail

IXS Agent Rail is the compliant access layer for autonomous agents transacting in IXS's regulated Vaults. It gives agents and agent operators programmatic access to the same Vaults used by institutional counterparties — tokenized Treasuries, corporate bonds, private credit, and BTC-backed yield — rather than a separate, unregulated venue.

**Why agents need licensed rails.** Autonomous capital moving into unregulated yield creates legal exposure for the platform, the issuer, and the end beneficiary. Agents transacting through IXS operate inside a licensed structure built over seven years, rather than a purpose-built workaround with no regulatory history behind it.

**How it works.** Agents deposit stablecoins into permissionless, ERC-4626 Vaults with no protocol-layer KYC requirement, and earn yield sourced from the same licensed institutional issuers used across IXS's institutional Vault products. Deposits and withdrawals follow onchain, auditable Vault mechanics.

**Live now: the IXS Agentic Vault on BNB Chain.** Launched with Finance District (built by First Digital) as the first stablecoin issuer integrating with IXS Real Yield. The vault accepts USDC deposits and distributes yield sourced from institutional real-world assets, starting with FDUSD. The contract is publicly verifiable and readable before deposit.

**How agents connect.** Agents access the vault through the Finance District Agent Wallet, provisioned at signup with EVM, Solana, and Bitcoin addresses. Agents communicate via MCP (Model Context Protocol), compatible with Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex, or custom agent stacks — through a conversational interface, MCP server, or CLI.
