Comprehensive Guide for Issuers
How Does IXS Launchpad Work?
The IXS Launchpad operates in two key stages: the Interest Phase and the Deal Launch Phase, enabling issuers to gauge investor demand before initiating a capital raise.
Interest Phase: Gauging Investor Demand
At this stage, the issuer initiates a potential campaign by listing their deal on the "Register for Interest" page of the IXS platform. Prospective investors can explore available deals, assess investment opportunities, and express interest by registering with:
Full name
Email address
Digital wallet address (for transactions)
Potential investment amount
Once the issuer determines sufficient investor interest, they proceed to officially launch the deal on the IXS Launchpad.
Deal Launch Phase: Investment Process
Once a deal goes live on the IXS Launchpad, it progresses through five structured phases:
1️⃣ Register to Invest (Optional) – Prospective investors can register in advance to secure priority access during the upcoming Pre-Sale phase. Registration closes at a predetermined date.
2️⃣ Pre-Sale (Optional) – Investors who registered in the previous phase can participate on a first-come, first-served basis. The Pre-Sale phase ends when the investment goal is met or the deadline is reached.
3️⃣ Public Sale – Open to all eligible, registered users. The public offering remains active until the total fundraising target is achieved or the closing date arrives.
4️⃣ Closed – After the Public Sale concludes, additional investments can only be made through Over-the-Counter (OTC) transactions directly with the issuer.
5️⃣ Token Claim – Investors can claim their RWA tokens, representing their ownership, once the deal successfully meets its soft cap. If the fundraising goal is not met, investors can request a refund of their initial investment, which is returned in USDT to their digital wallets.
Investment Structure
Each deal may include a Pre-Sale allocation alongside a Public Sale offering. For instance, if an issuer aims to raise $10 million, they may allocate $2 million for the Pre-Sale and $8 million for the Public Sale.
Investment limits are customizable across different sale phases. For example:
Pre-Sale: Minimum $1,000 – Maximum $5,000
Public Sale: Minimum $500 – Maximum $50,000
Investors can participate in both phases up to the respective investment limits, ensuring a structured and equitable fundraising process.
